Making the Correct Mounting Position Possible
The homeowner wanted a 65-inch television installed above the fireplace using a pull-down motion TV mount. This type of TV mounting above a fireplace can require additional planning when existing electrical or low-voltage infrastructure occupies the ideal mounting area.
The existing wall configuration created exactly that problem: an electrical outlet and low-voltage wall plate were positioned directly within the lower portion of the wall needed for the mounting system.
Installing around those connections would have prevented the mount from being positioned where it needed to be.
Artesoft relocated both connections higher on the wall, clearing the mounting area while maintaining power and low-voltage connectivity behind the television.

Identify the Obstruction
The existing electrical outlet and low-voltage plate were located in the mounting zone required by the pull-down system.
Relocate the Connections
Artesoft moved both the electrical outlet and low-voltage connection higher on the wall to free the required mounting area.
Install the Pull-Down Mount
With the obstruction removed, the mounting system and 65-inch TV could be installed in the intended position above the fireplace.
